This Cookie Policy explains what this website stores in your browser and which outside services it may load. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie Settings link in the footer.

Necessary (always active). These are needed for the site to work as you request it:

Cookie "ite_consent": remembers your choice for optional cookies and services. It expires after 180 days.

Guest cart: your cart is kept in your browser's local storage, so it stays on this device until you remove the items or clear this site's data.

Staff sign-in: a sign-in cookie is set only when a staff member signs in to the admin area. Visitors never receive it.

Checkout: payment is completed on Stripe's hosted pages, which set the cookies Stripe needs to process the payment you choose to make.

Optional (off until you choose). Nothing in this group is loaded or set until you allow it:

Analytics: anonymous usage statistics. They are only sent if you allow analytics and the site owner has configured an analytics provider.

External videos: the YouTube and Vimeo players and video thumbnails. Until you allow external videos, the page shows a placeholder and makes no request to these services. Once allowed, YouTube (Google) and Vimeo may set their own cookies on their domains. Those cookies are controlled by those services and your browser settings.

Accept optional or Reject optional: the notice offers both with equal prominence. Settings lets you choose each optional category separately.

Withdrawing consent: when you reject or withdraw optional categories, the site stops loading them and removes any optional cookies or stored data it set, where the browser allows.

Changes: we update this policy when the cookies or services we use change.
